Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Solar Farm

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of an industrial solar farm project in Perthshire, Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with recent experience in solar ground mount projects to take ownership of a large-scale renewable energy development.
This role is open to both permanent and contract professionals, offering flexibility based on experience and preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project delivery of the industrial solar farm, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular reports, and address any issues that arise.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and construction teams to optimise project performance.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the solar industry, specifically with solar ground mount projects.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations, planning permissions, and grid connections.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong health & safety awareness with experience managing compliance on large projects.
- Ability to work independently and drive project success.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits:
Permanent Role: Up to £70,000 + vehicleContract Role: Negotiable rate depending on experience.
