Salary: £23.05 per hour (£50,341 per annum)Type: Permanent

Neat Sourcing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Lead Nurse to join our clients team in a large nursing home in Monmouthshire. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff effectively.
• Provide high-quality care to residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN OR RMN) with valid NMC registration.
• Previous leadership experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
