In this role you will be working with seasoned professionals to design and build a number of specialised valves and conveying diverters to distribute UK wide. You will interpret contract documentation and specifications ensuring that technical drawings are produced in accordance with industry regulations and project specifications, liaising with the sales teams, project teams and management throughout the entirety of the process.

The ideal Draughtsperson will have either a degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or previous experience within a similar role. You will understand the requirements of ISO 9001, and have prior knowledge of 2D CAD.

The Role :

  • Interpreting contract documentation and specifications.
  • Production of sheet/plate pattern profiles for laser cutting and fabricating.
  • Development of new innovative products to supplement existing product range.

The Person :

  • Experience within a similar role and/or Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Good understanding of materials handling equipment + CAD.
  • Ability to interpret contract documentation and specifications.
