- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
