• Manage all financial operations, including forecasting, budgets, payroll, and compliance.
• Oversee financial strategy, investment planning, and reporting for key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team, promoting high performance and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including charity accounting.

The Person:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
• An experienced finance leader who has held a similar role within the not-for-profit, education or charity sectors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation are essential.
