Finance Director - up to £80k!!

I am looking for a Finance Director for an education client of mine. You will head up the finance department where you will be developing effective and efficient working practices and promoting high performance. You will need to be dedicated and passionate for the responsibility of the overall financial compliance of the Trust.

Main Duties:

  • Leadership & management of Finance Department
  • Responsible for financial forecasts and cashflow projections
  • Management & control of all financial operations
  • Treasury & investment management
  • Responsible for overall financial regulatory compliance
  • GDPR Compliance and Safeguarding responsibilities
  • Attend meetings with Governors & Audit Committee
  • Deputise for the Bursar

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role from either an Education or Charitable background
  • Recognised Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Extensive and proven history of leadership
  • Evidence of strategic development and management
  • Must pass Enhanced DBS check.
