A leading regional firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Property Solicitor for their team based in Abergavenny. You will preferably be at least 2-4 years PQE+ and be able to manage your own caseload.You will advise and assist on a wide range of matters connected with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, single farm/basic payment subsidy transfers, property development/investment work and more. There will also be higher end residential property transactions, particularly where valuable properties or those that have rural elements.The role offers a significant level of variety and interest. You will work across a range of work-types, which will include sales and purchases, lettings and more traditional agricultural property work along with assisting clients with all manner of diversification projects.You may, from time to time, also get involved in supporting the wider commercial property team. You will receive good supervision and training and encouraged to build a name for yourself in a rewarding and specialist discipline.
