Your new companyAn established construction company based in the Abergavenny area. Your new roleWorking as a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all inductions to site, as well as assisting with administration for the wider project team. Experience of using M-site is highly advantageous but not essential. You'll ensure that all visitors and new starters following the joining and onboarding process, you'll record and log all the information and oversee the process, ensuring that there is full compliance. As well as supporting the onboarding and induction, you'll provide administrative support to the wider project team. This will include logging of information for audit purposes, filing and assisting where required. You'll be dealing with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, so you'll have first class communications skills both orally and written. You'll also be interacting with new visitors & starters for the site.What you'll need to succeedYou'll be a proven administrator that has worked previously within the construction sector. Experience of M-site is highly desirable but not essential. What you'll get in returnThis is a temporary role to start ASAP. The role is anticipated to last for 12 weeks.
