H9 Human Resources is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to provide professional guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, absence, and performance management.
  • Support and coach managers to develop their leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and support change initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong HR advisory experience with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a regulated sector is desirable.
