Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site teams.
Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Create comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site
Deliver regular updates to senior management on project progress, financial performance, and any emerging issues.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive project efficiency
Manage site documentation, reporting, and risk assessments
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in Construction.
Must have CSCS and SMSTS.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines under pressure
Must have a valid driving licence
