Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one and small group support, assisting with classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons in Welsh.
  • Provide individualised assistance to pupils with additional learning needs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources.
  • Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a safe learning space.
  • Monitor and record student progress to support learning development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Passion for early years education and child development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant childcare or education qualifications (desirable but not essential).
