Housing Officer Responsabilities:
- Being able to manage the housing management services, from tenancy sustainability, to providing money advise on rent arrears
- Dealing with neighbourhood issues
- Being the point of contact for tenants in regard to any queries or complaints.
Experience required for this Housing Officer role:
- Experience working in a Generic Housing Officer role
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Dealing with income management including rent arrears, money and benefits advise.
Details for the Housing Officer role:
- Temporary Contract until April 2025
- Hybrid working (WFH available)
- Start Date is immediate.
A valid DBS Check and driving license along with access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
