Up to £30,000 per annum

Diamond Search Recruitment are seeking a Development Baker working for a brand-new client of ours based in Wales.

The role will be Mon- Fri - 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Make all kitchen samples.
• Work closely with NPD Technologists and NPD Manager to manage key timings & workloads.
• Keep abreast of kitchen ingredients & packaging.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the packaging area within the NPD department.
• Aid with sample preparation demands.
• Support team with workloads to get the job done efficient and within deadlines.
• Attend team meetings as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Good creative & Innovation skills
• Ability to motivate people
• Good numeracy and communication skills
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• A good understanding of the functions in food ingredients
