- Driving pre-sales and on-going sales as well as awareness campaigns in the local community
- Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the club within guidelines
- Managing, training and developing the in-club team
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget
- Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Ability to interact and be ‘hands on’
- A background in fitness and membership sales management
- A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources
- Ideally able to cover group exercise classes when required
