- Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the club within guidelines.
- Managing, training and developing the in-club team.
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget.
- A background in fitness is ideal but not essential. A background in sales is mandatory.
- Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must.
- Ability to interact and be ‘hands on’.
- A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources.
