Up to £37,500 per annum

Diamond Search Recruitment are seeking a NPD Technologist working for a brand-new client of ours based in Wales.

The role will be Mon- Fri - 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• To manage customer accounts with NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch.
• Direct contact with key retailers, face to face, and written communication.
• Create and develop innovative designs, capturing new key trends and designs for both NPD & EPD projects.
• Champion recipe creation and all documentation throughout concept to launch process including recipes, submission forms, QAS/CQM’s, launch folders and factory paperwork.
• Undertake all tasks associated with product launch.
• Responsible for sourcing new ingrediaents, fit for purpose for the design & costs.
• Responsible or sending out kitchen samples and to meet the required delivery times.

• NPD background
• Good creative & Innovation skills
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• A good understanding of the functions in food ingredients
