Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Source, recruit, and place top-quality candidates across a variety of industries.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base.
  • Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong client-facing background.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and business development.
  • Experience managing accounts or client relationships would be an advantage.
