- Schedule: Full-time (Part-time considered), Monday to Friday

- Rate of Pay: £27–£30 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of older adults with frailty in a hospital setting. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Create and implement personalised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid HCPC registration
- Experience working with frail and elderly patients, ideally in a hospital or acute setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability Monday to Friday, with part-time hours also considered. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
