  • Location: South Wales – Large Acute NHS Hospital

  • Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will:? Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments? Support patient care by advising on appropriate medication therapies? Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans? Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS protocols? Maintain accurate records and contribute to high standards of patient care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:? A current and valid GPhC registration? Prior hospital ward experience (essential)? Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills? The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with 3, 4, or 5-day work options. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
