Job Details:

  • Job Title: Locum Pharmacist (Band 6)

  • Location: North Wales

  • Duration: Ongoing contract

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (30-minute lunch), part-time also considered

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting NHS hospital services. In this role, you will:

  • Work in either a dispensary or ward-based setting (depending on experience)

  • Perform medication reviews and ensure accurate dispensing

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals

  • Support patient safety through effective medicines management

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GPhC registration (newly registered pharmacists welcome)

  • Community or hospital pharmacy experience (hospital experience not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexibility, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with part-time options available. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
