The key responsibilities of this role include, overseeing the day-to-day production of food products, ensuring food hygiene regulations are met, and conduct thorough checks throughout the site. - Supervising the production of a food manufacturing site
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Conduct thorough checks across production processes such as weight and recipes
- Completing regulatory documentation
- Afternoon shift (2pm - 10:30pm)
The Person
- Supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production, warehousing, distribution and logistics environment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
