This ambitious production company operates multiple sites across the UK and serves customers globally. Known for its well-regarded local presence, this site is committed to investing in its facilities and machinery. They are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the site's daily operations and maintain high standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include, overseeing the day-to-day production of food products, ensuring food hygiene regulations are met, and conduct thorough checks throughout the site. Specialist food industry training will be offered, along with hands-on and machinery training.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production environment and adopt a process driven approach to leadership

The Role

  • Supervising the production of a food manufacturing site
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Conduct thorough checks across production processes such as weight and recipes
  • Completing regulatory documentation
  • Afternoon shift (2pm - 10:30pm)


The Person

  • Supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production, warehousing, distribution and logistics environment
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
