Are you a Production Supervisor or similar, looking to join an industry leading business within manufacturing that will provide qualifications and training on food standards and machinery, whilst confidently overseeing a team of operators, ensuring the smooth running of operations?

In this role you will be part of the management team, handling handover briefs between shifts and allocating work as necessary. In this role you will oversee any staff queries including team care, rotors, holidays as well as product weight and quality checks.

This company are a market leader within their specific area of food manufacturing, having recently received major investment they have developed into a major force in their industry. Despite this the company holds onto its family-owned heritage through values and maintaining the family feel from the factory up.

This role will suit a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to take the next step in their career to take responsibility for a team of 8 operators, in a varied role where you will gain insight in all aspects of the business.

Machine & team care
Product checks & holding meetings
Making on-floor decisions regarding production
Training on food standards
Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10.30pm
