Education Recruitment Consultant - Aberystwyth

£27,000 - £38,000 plus uncapped commission

The Role

You will be responsible for managing various schools across that area, by building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilising our client's services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
  • You must already be located in Aberystwyth or within reasonable travelling distance to their centrally based office.
  • You enjoy the sales and business development aspect of recruitment
  • A confident, driven and target-driven individual who can manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • The ability to build credibility with clients and develop longstanding relationships
