Located within a 10minute drive of Abingdon, this leading supplier of IT Solutions of over 30 years needs a proactive and organised person to join the team to assist with basic bookkeeping and finance tasks. The salary is £27,000 pro rata.Days and hours are flexible and can be agreed on at interview.  This could be excellent for someone with other commitments but still looking for a new opportunity.  The role also has the possibility of being hybrid/remote once the successful candidate is fully trained.  Due to the location of this company, you will need to have your own transport to get to the office.What this Accounts Assistant role entails (not exhaustive)
  • 3 days per week – Flexible on which days/hours
  • Hybrid/remote work potential
  • Looking after the Purchase Ledger
  • Month end journals (Pre prepared to start – training available to progress), releasing prepayments, cash allocation, credit control etc
What we are looking for in this Accounts Assistant
  • Sage experience- Ideally Sage 50 (Training can be given)
  • Previous Bookkeeping/Purchase Ledger experience
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail skills
  • Own transport to get to office, free parking on site.
