The successful Project Architect will be working in a range of different sectors such as Public Sector, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Remediation projects. Typical values of projects range from about £1m to £20m. Project Architect Job Overview
  • Play a key role in Project Delivery
  • Assess the needs of a client it's users while agreeing the project brief
  • Produce and evaluate Feasibility studies
  • Prepare and present design proposals
  • Ensure that the technical and design requirements of a project are met
Project Architect Job Requirements
  • Live within a commutable distance of Abingdon
  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Driving Licence
  • Good knowledge of Revit (Extra training can be given) BIM knowledge also advantageous
  • An established skill of maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Driving license / access to a car
  • Good detailing skills / Good knowledge of Technical Design
