IT Sales Account Manager
Location: Abingdon
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + OTE
My client based in Abingdon is looking for a proactive sales individual, with a passion for technology, to join their IT Manage Services sales team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a thriving team and marketplace, to sell our IT managed services product set and wider proposition to current accounts and new business prospects in both the Care Industry and B2B marketplace.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of current IT Services clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
Cold Calling and Lead Hunting
Launch and manage selling Software as a Service
Use current customer base to increase average revenue per customer
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest cutting-edge solutions
Skills and Experience:
5+ years selling and managing IT/Software Services
Customer focused, building and nurturing customer relationships
Proven experience of increasing annuity revenue within a business
Competitive and confident
Excellent communication skills
Commercially aware
