QTech Global Ltd are seeking an experienced telesales executive with a passion for lead generation to join our Business Development Team acting as the first point of contact at the top of the sales funnel. This person will drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the Business Development Team. QTech Global Ltd, manufacture and distribute a range of paint spray tools globally, with locations in Northern Ireland, England, and Australia.

You will be given clear targets and expected outcomes which ultimately lead to new clients for QTech Global. You will be qualifying in & qualifying out outbound new business opportunities, conducting conversations by phone as well as via email and or social media.

Business Development Executive - Duties and Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and discuss products and services on offer that they have initially enquired about

· Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs

· Go through all aspects of the products clearly and sell the benefits

· Meet targets

· Document all customer information and maintain CRM data

· Go above and beyond with customer service and customer experience

Business Development Executive - KPIs and Measures:

· High levels of call activity.

· Strong conversion rate of Qualified Leads.

· High quality administration of CRM data.

Business Development Executive - Skills and Experience:

  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
  • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Excellent focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Great written and oral communication with an ability to persuade and influence.
  • Experience in a lead generation, business development, telemarketing, or sales role.
  • Experience in construction market preferable but not required.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive) preferable but not required.
