We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Class 2 Delivery Driver with experience of working in a multi drop environment.
Working as a Class 2 Delivery Driver you will be a professional delivery driver who will be part of a team working together and aiming high to deliver outstanding customer service every day.

DUTIES

Your role as a Class 2 Delivery Driver will include:
Completion of daily pre-use vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks
Accurate and timely defect reporting
Obtain accurate and timely 'proof of delivery' Using a PDA or documentation in line with the required standard
Legislative compliance, e.g. Tachograph and driving infringements, and including roadside authority checks, accident, near miss and hazard reporting
Adherence to vehicle cleaning programme
Use of pump truck/tail lift, forklifting when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Relevant, clean driving Licence
Held licence for at least 2 years
Previous driving experience as a Class 2 Driver
Experience of using a manual, split gearbox 18t and 26t vehicles
A minimum of 35 hours of Driver CPC training is essential
Experience of working in a multi drop environment is desirable
Customer focused, with flexible approach
