Tonic is searching for a Head Chef to oversee the back of the house in our client's fast-paced, fresh-food cafe & restaurant located within a busy visitor attraction. The company is looking for a Head chef who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all BOH business areas.
What are we looking for from the successful Head Chef?
- You will ideally have experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurant; however, if you have only worked in a branded restaurant but have a passion for what you do and understand 'real' hospitality, this is for you.
- Previous experience as a head chef is desirable but not essential - you could be a Sous looking to step up as long as you have experience writing rotas, stocktake and ordering.
- Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers.
