Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team within the educational Assessment proposition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspiring and driving lead generation, developing a strong brand awareness, and generating engagement and growth across our market sectors and global regions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Define and maintain a strong Assessment brand identity, adapting it as necessary to ensure consistent and compelling promotion.
  • Manage a rich PR calendar to promote the companies activities and achievements in various media outlets.
  • Create impactful brand campaigns using digital marketing channels and themes that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote understanding and support for themes and brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with sector Go To Market plans and growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering creativity, energy, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that promotes the company products and brand.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Establish processes for managing and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and brand messages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in brand, PR, and marketing strategy development.
  • Experience managing a high performing marketing team.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with C-Suite and senior leadership.
  • Qualifications in Marketing (e.g., CIM), Business, or Communications are desirable.
  • Expertise in creating marketing plans that deliver customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing various marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing activities and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably with knowledge of content and digital marketing in a B2B funnel.
