If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client's independent, multi-office estate agency as a Senior Sales Manager based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead and sustain an already successful sales team due to continued growth.

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Abingdon estate agency sales team to exceed targets and maintain high standards of service.
  • Generate new business opportunities and carry out sales valuations
  • Implement effective sales strategies and engage in continuous business development.
  • Provide professional advice and support to clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting strategies to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Support the sales team with on-going mentoring
