As Nursery Manager at Little Angels Childcare Group, you’ll:

  • Work 36 hours per week over 4 days between 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Earn £15.75 - £17.00 per hour (equivalent of £29,500-£31,824 per annum)
  • Have 4.5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays

As Nursery Manager, you will take a dual role, spending your time in the rooms working directly with children and in a non-room-based capacity, overseeing the nursery and guiding your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working hands-on in the rooms to support children’s learning and development
  • Ensure each classroom is a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Oversee the nursery’s daily operations, implementing policies and best practices
  • Leading by example, inspiring the team to engage each child and their unique needs
  • Build trusting relationships with families, addressing needs and including them in their child’s learning journey.
  • Uphold all safeguarding requirements, health and safety regulations and Ofsted guidelines to provide a secure, caring environment for our children.

If you have:

  • A minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience in a management or senior role within an early years setting
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
  • Unwavering dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families
