Selexa are partnered exclusively with a leading engineering technology client specialising in the semiconductor and microscopy sector.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the Programme Management function, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of full product lifecycle projects from concept through to delivery and handover.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining project plans
- Keep individual project documentation up to date with accuracy, revise accordingly and amend as project develops
- Work with Senior Programme Manager to identify conflicts, as well as prioritise projects as per business requirement
- Work closely with the technical leaders across the business
- Provide regular updates to technical leaders and SLT
- Ensure internal and external project documents are maintained, and stored appropriately within Management System
- Ensure project resource requirements align with company resources in terms of people, product, and test
Education, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, and similar Scientific Discipline
- Suitable Project Management qualifications (Prince 2, APMP etc)
- 13 years previous project management experience
- Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret business needs and develop solutions, whilst prioritising effective resolutions
- Excellent communication skills to present to colleagues and Senior Management
- Ideally have experience of working in multidisciplinary teams whilst managing projects concurrently
- Ideally experienced of working with complex systems ie. mechanical, electronics, software, optics etc
