Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed, customer focused and skilled Internal Sales Executive to work for a renowned market leader in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This role is based in a modern office, within an open planned office, working within the Key Account Manager team.
Role: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 Per Annum (Negotiable)
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
About the role:As Internal Sales Executive your duties will be:
- Input quotations & sales orders onto SAP received via telephone and email.
- Answer customer queries relating to sales order status, pricing etc.
- Create customer accounts on SAP.
- Input relevant customer information onto SAP.
- Arrange shipping of customer orders.
- Input / maintain customer information on Salesforce CRM.
- Process Production Orders.
- Take credit card payments.
- Liaise with the Warehouse and Purchasing regarding customer orders.
About you:
- This role would suit a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Executive with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial.
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail
