CNC Programmer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Produce and provide part grammes, setting information for the shop floor
- Assist with the planning for the CNC section of the workshop floor
- Be responsible for the organization of programs
- Plan and specify tooling requirements for production, including fixture and cutting tool list
- Support and advise other employees as required
- Assist sales with technical advice, simulations & recommendations
The ideal CNC Programmer will:
- Experience and skill in programming and setting CNC plant, creating part programs and methodologies on CNC Mills
- Experience using HAAS machinery and/ or FANUC code
- Experience with EDGECAM CAD/CAM Software
- Be used to working with a range of materials and often to tight tolerances
Working Hours + Benefits:
- 37.5 hour weeks
- Opportunity for overtime, weekend and shift work (paid at a premium)
- 28 Days Holiday (Inc Bank Holidays)
