The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You'll handle the full spectrum of administrative tasks, from publishing quality job adverts on Smart Recruiters ATS, to organising seamless interview schedules and pre-screening processes. You will also have the opportunity to proactively source talent via online platforms and contribute to creating a pipeline of exceptional candidates.

This is a hybrid role based at UKAEA's Culham site, with opportunities for remote working.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment campaigns by processing new requests via MS Teams forms and via Smart Recruiters ATS.
* Guide hiring managers on the talent acquisition process, ensuring best practices and compliance with diversity and inclusion standards.
* Publish high-quality, professional job adverts to attract top-tier talent.
* Schedule and arrange pre-screen and panel interviews, liaising with candidates, managers, and departments to ensure smooth coordination.
* Create a welcoming experience for candidates during interviews, both virtually and in-person, including ID verification.
* Use online platforms and social media to proactively source talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Track and progress candidates through the hiring process, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
* Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with ad hoc tasks, such as raising purchase orders for advertising and ensuring timely approvals for job offers.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
* Exceptional planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in IT systems, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
* Excellent written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR-related discipline.
* CIPD or a recognised recruitment qualification.
