Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business, who are looking for a Conferences and Marketing Associate to join their amazing marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage the conference attendance across the company (on average around 2 per month).
  • To provide support for marketing where possible depending on the skills and aptitude of the person and could include: organisation and creation of marketing materials and giveaways, assisting with the literature rationalization project.
  • Overseeing social media presence, and providing marketing support as needed for communications, campaigns, and other key initiatives.
  • Managing the booking, organisation and delivery of conference logistics
  • Logistics of printing of marketing collateral, as well as conference giveaways
  • Creating packing lists and liaising with the three offices to arrange logistics
  • Additional responsibilities include selecting and ordering new giveaways, collaborating with the team to ensure timely production and printing of conference materials, and gathering feedback on various events.
  • Social media management comes second to events in this role, which involves overseeing presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

The successful candidate will have previous experience or a keen interest in organising and coordinating events (conferences). If you also have previous expereince ideally with social media (LinkedIn & Instagram) or other marketing activities this would be highly desirable.

In return, you will receive a salary up to £28K (potenially £30K) dependent on experience + excellent benefits + Free parking when in the office. There is a potenial to work from home but the preference is to be based in the office 5 days a week.
