Tonic is searching for an Assistant Manager to help oversee the front of the house in our client's fast-paced, fresh-food cafe & restaurant located within a busy visitor attraction. The company is looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all business areas.
What are we looking for from the successful Assistant Manager?
- You will ideally have experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurant; however, if you have only worked in a branded restaurant but have a passion for what you do and understand 'real' hospitality, this is for you.
- Previous experience as a manager is desirable but not essential - you could be a supervisor looking to step up as long as you have experience writing rotas, stocktake and ordering.
- Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers.
