Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services.
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
- Review and finalise accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations.
- Provide strategic business advice to clients, identifying growth opportunities.
- Support the firm’s partners with business development initiatives and client onboarding.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
