Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services.
• Oversee a diverse client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
• Review and finalise accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations.
• Provide strategic business advice to clients, identifying growth opportunities.
• Support the firm’s partners with business development initiatives and client onboarding.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
