About the Job

As Group Treasury Manager, you will oversee the strategic treasury operations of an international organisation, ensuring liquidity, compliance, and effective risk management. The role involves building strong financial partnerships, optimising capital structures, and leading a high-performing team.

Duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing cash flow forecasting across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Negotiating financing arrangements, including refinancing exercises, to optimise capital structure.
  • Establishing strong banking relationships and managing compliance with covenants.
  • Designing and executing hedging strategies to manage multi-currency risks.
  • Implementing robust internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance in treasury operations.
  • Providing strategic advice to the CFO and senior management on treasury matters.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing an offshore treasury team.
