GMP Production Manufacturing Technician Opportunity - Oxford

Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has been created due to company growth. My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Production Manufacturing Technician based in Oxford where you will be working in a sterile GMP clean room manufacturing environment making drug products / compounding as allocated on the production planning system to cGMP and ISO standards.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling raw materials and ingredients for compounding sterile products and producing documentation for compounding sterile products.
  • Assisting the preparation of sterile products, their labelling, packaging and dispatch.
  • Replenishing stock and rotating stock.
  • Performing visual inspections of finished drugs.
  • Participating in the cleaning and preparation of equipment and supplies ready for the compounding of sterile products in the aseptic clean room in accordance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Ensuring adequate and appropriate stocks of equipment and supplies.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Oxford paying an excellent salary of £23,600 per annum plus overtime and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.

Skills:

  • GCSE English and Maths - Grade C or above.
  • Ideally pharmaceutical / medical device GMP production / manufacturing / operator experience, in a clean room environment.
  • PC literate and numerate.
