We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Abingdon that are looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to work in a supportive environment. Offering up to £30,000 + Hybrid Working!
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch sales invoices to customers
- Process purchase invoices onto the accounts system
- Place orders on suppliers
- Maintain supplier and customer records on Accounting system and deal with any issues arising
- Accept and check orders from the sales team and enter onto accounts system
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Organise Credit Checks
- Chase customers for payment and send statements
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
