We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Abingdon that are looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to work in a supportive environment. Offering up to £30,000 + Hybrid Working!

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch sales invoices to customers
  • Process purchase invoices onto the accounts system
  • Place orders on suppliers
  • Maintain supplier and customer records on Accounting system and deal with any issues arising
  • Accept and check orders from the sales team and enter onto accounts system
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Organise Credit Checks
  • Chase customers for payment and send statements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
