ADMINISTRATOR - UP TO £16/HR - ASAP START DATE - ABINGDON - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Administrator to join the team ASAP for a short assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Organise and categorise incoming emails based on priority and topic.
• Ensure important emails are flagged and actioned promptly.
• Maintain a clear and structured email filing system.
• Respond to routine inquiries or forward emails to the appropriate department.
• Monitor email inboxes to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good written communication skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
