Join our team as a Lead Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of learner data and maintaining audit compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent self-management skills and a commitment to the values of the college.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff at all levels regarding defined curriculum areas, particularly focusing on operational processes like data & funding and exams.
- Manage mailboxes and incoming communications to ensure complete, timely, and accurate data for reporting both internally and externally to maximise funding and ensure data integrity.
- Attend curriculum KPI meetings
- Set up and manage meetings/activities to support Heads of Faculty and other curriculum staff with specific business tasks such as curriculum planning and timetable setup.
- Proactively manage all audit processes for your defined area of work.
- Supervise the completion of tasks by Administrators to ensure issues/actions identified with the curriculum are resolved accurately within an appropriate timeframe.
- Provide excellent customer support to enable all users to better understand and comply with complex funding requirements; offer training or develop guides as directed.
- Utilise a wide range of exam portals and systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to your area of work by attending webinars, forums, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop good business practices.
- Perform any other duties as required and commensurate with the grading of this post.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS, 2 years referencing, Driving License
- Proven proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex funding/statutory requirements.
- Good self-management and successful experience of autonomous working.
- Experience working flexibly and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Evidence of effective working within a team environment.
- A commitment to the values and beliefs of the College.
- A professional approach to the workplace environment.
- Ability to travel between campuses as needed.
