Position: Baby Room Leader
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience as a Room Leader
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Dedication: A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for babies

- Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote growth and learning
