We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Technician to join our team at a further education college in Oxfordshire. This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone passionate about carpentry and eager to contribute to the educational environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide technical support and expertise in carpentry to both students and faculty.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for classes and ensure all resources are available and in good condition.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of the carpentry workshop.
  • Support students in understanding and applying carpentry techniques in practical sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop engaging and effective educational materials and practical sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
