Berry Recruitment is now hiring for a Client Relationship Coordinator in the conveyancing department to work for a Market leading Legal firm based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Role: Client Relationship Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time - Office Based - Mon - Fri (9-5)
Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Coordinator:
- Assist all areas of the Residential Property department to onboard new clients
- Liaise with clients to obtain accurate personal information and efficiently complete the onboarding process
- Prepare and send relevant documentation to clients as part of the onboarding process
- Open new client matters on our case management system and contact clients for any missing information
- Complete required customer due diligence and compliance checks and obtain AML documentation for all new clients including carrying out electronic verification checks
- Identify and escalate any potential compliance concerns to the appropriate person.
- Use initiative to follow up with clients for signed documentation as part of the onboarding process
- Ensure high quality communication with the company's internal teams and individuals
- Allocate new work to fee earners in accordance with agreed allocation numbers and areas of expertise and keep fee earners updated on onboarding status and update once completed
