The position offers a salary of £13.00 per hour with an expected workload of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends.
Candidates must be able to work away from home and possess a full UK driving licence, while flexibility in working hours is essential.
Responsibilities include assisting with installation and recovery operations, operating heavy equipment, and following precise directions.
Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities for progression within the company.

Rapier Employment are recruiting for Crew Operatives to join our well-established client based in Radley, Oxfordshire as their team expands. Potential for temp to perm for the right candidates.Job Title: Crew operativeSalary: £13.00 per hourWork: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends when requiredExpected hours: 45 hours per weekResponsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery operations throughout the UK
Work as a two/three person crew including nights away in accommodation when required
Follow exact directions and be able to assist with installing/removing products and make sure they are ready for transport
Work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends)
Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane), and good knowledge of hand tools

Full training will be provided, with development opportunities, and ability to progress within the company.Required:

Must be able to work away from home during Monday-Friday depending on requirements
Full UK driving licence
Flexible working

Desired/Preferred:

CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
