Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Abingdon area who are looking for an Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions while managing change initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
This role requires a strong customer-centric approach, combined with expertise in driving strategic change to enhance client satisfaction and support the seamless implementation of new services, technologies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of high standards for customer experience, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments within the business.
- Analyse client feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement, and present findings to senior management.
- Lead internal client review meetings to assess feedback, support usage, profitability, operational trends, and client issues, driving improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.
- Work closely with support, technical teams, and account management to align service improvements with client expectations and drive a seamless client experience.
- Champion continuous improvement by proactively addressing issues, leading change initiatives, and work with department heads on cross-functional projects to optimise the customer experience.
- Provide ongoing training for staff to continuously improve customer service delivery and the overall customer experience.
